Health note of the day. Please always keep your joints warm in the winter time, especially your neck, shoulder, elbow and knee joints. Otherwise the cold will invade your joints, cause poor circulation, and cause your joints to feel stiffness and pain. If your joints are exposed to cold for long time, then you will easily get arthritis.

Health note of the day. If you have high blood pressure, you can press the Hegu acupoint with your finger in a clockwise motion for at least 2 mins to 10 mins everyday. Hegu is between the 1st and 2nd metacarpal bones in the middle of the 2nd metacarpal bone.
